Mind: "What do you want?"
Floating and tossed and turned I feel,
When I am with you
What do you even want from me?
Why do you have to
So very volatile?
What is with all these tempests?
Why do you not center?
Why do you not ground?
Why are you like this?
Heart: "I want you to accept me!"
You are so centered and I flow
If you are calm, I am joy
But if joy is there, so will there be
Sadness, pain, anger, envy.
So should I never feel joy?
Should I have no excitement
And only have stability?
Accept me for who I am!
I am human too!
Mind and heart: We look different, but
I am You, You am I.
